Canyon Lake Amenities
Canyon Lake's many amenities offer convenience and social interaction for it's members. The association offers so much to do and participate in for such a small cost. The associations maintains and manages all of the amenities in accordance with property owner needs and wants. Here are just some of the many amenities available for members' use.
The Lake - The lake is a nearly 500 acre recreational resource that makes Canyon Lake so special and unique among Southern California cities. Water sports are the name of the game with boating, skiing, wake boarding, fishing, paddling, swimming and more. Not to mention several community events each year on or around the lake. Beaches - What good is a lake if you don't have nice sandy beaches to sit at and enjoy it. There are several beaches around the community each with their own facilities and activities. Click here to explore Canyon Lake beaches.
Parks - Canyon lake has several parks with a variety of activities and events throughout the year. Some parks feature playground equipment, while others have access to the lake, and there are a few parks with facilities for large groups and private events like weddings and birthdays. Golf Course - The Canyon Lake golf course presents a challenging round with tricky lies, moderately difficult greens, and most of all a scenic game that's memorable among golf enthusiasts. The Lodge - The lodge at the center of Canyon Lake is one of our most popular amenities and the ideal spot for various community events during the year like Fiesta Days, Taco Tuesdays, Sunday brunches, community meetings and more. The lodge features a full restaurant called The Lighthouse. There's also a bar, indoor/outdoor seating, and it's also the location of our community swimming pool.

Skippers Island - Home of the Canyon Lake 4th of July fireworks show, Skipper's Island is one of the most recognizable features on teh main lake aside from the lighthouse and the lodge. There is a fair bit of waterfowl that call the island home and there's a few picnic tables if you decide you want to pull up and hang out on the small island for a bit.
Tennis Courts - Located near the main lodge, the Canyon Lake courts get a lot of use from community members as well as the tennis club. Courts are lit for evening play and you can also enjoy pickleball on the courts designed for the popular sport.
Canyon Lake Storage - Within Canyon Lake there is a dedicated storage facility built primarily for keeping RV's, boats, and other recreational toys. There are indoor and outdoor spaces, and you can also rent containers to store other types household items. The storage facility is a commercial venture with outside owners. Contact them directly for information on pricing and availability.
Motorcycle Parking - Canyon Lake does not allow motorcycles to travel the streets of the community. This has been a longstanding rule and will continue until the community votes together to change it. As such, the Property Owners Association has designated motorcycle parking areas at each entrance. You can park your motorcycle there at no cost. Commuters will typical drive their car to the parking area and then jump on their bike and leave the community from there. Some owners choose to trailer their bikes in and out of the community and store them at their homes.
